4/1/12 - My Thoughts
There is always this belief that Christians are perfect, & that you have to live a perfect, boring life in order to be one. Then there are those who claim the faith, that think they are perfect, & frown upon, or turn their noses up when they see those who are not. However, no one speaks of the struggle! There is always a struggle for every believer between their minds, hearts, & flesh. The Apostle Paul spoke in Romans: 7, of his own personal struggle, & he was one of the greatest Apostles in God's Holy Word! So stop thinking & acting on these crazy ideas & cultures that are manmade & taught! Focus on the word of God! We are not perfect! For our perfection comes out of our constant struggle of studying, praying, loving others, helping others, & thriving to be perfect according to His word! This is what Christ meant in John 14:12, when He stated greater things you will do! It's ok to struggle. Just struggle with God & don't give into the ways of this world! For it's when you give Him your imperfection, in order to gain His perfection! God Bless.
